Terms

The rules for using RollNight, a camera for events. By stepping inside an event in the app, or by signing in as a host, you agree to them.

Who can use RollNight

Anyone a host invites to their event with its code, and anyone who makes an event as a host. If you’re too young to agree to terms like these where you live, use RollNight only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Hosts choose who gets their code.

No objectionable content, no abuse

There is no tolerance on RollNight for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t take or upload nudity or sexual content, harassment or threats, hate against anyone for who they are, violence or gore, anything illegal, or photos of people who asked not to be photographed. Don’t use RollNight to bully or harass the host or other guests.

Reporting, blocking and removal

Open any photo in the app, tap the ⋯ button and choose Report photo, or Block this guest to stop seeing anything that person took at the event. The host can hide or delete any photo in their event, at any time.

We check reports every day and act on reported content within 24 hours, by removing it and stopping the person who posted it from taking more shots at that event. You can also report something to us directly at support@rollnight.app.

Your photos

By taking shots at an event you let its host, and after the door opens its guests, see and save them. Everything from an event is deleted 30 days after its code expires. The privacy policy says what we collect and who sees it.

If someone breaks these terms

We can remove their photos and stop them from taking more shots, without notice. A host who breaks them can have their event ended early.

Apple’s terms

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
